Sawyer left today which really sucked, and so did Jared and Ava [Ana’s aunt and uncle]. Tomorrow my mom, Grandma, and Mary [Ana’s great aunt – her grandma’s brother’s wife] are leaving to Grandma’s house.
Today I hung out with Kira and her friends Benson, Jay, Blake, Landon, and then Josie. We mostly just hung out while they played this rubber band game thingy, and I guess Blake ended up kissing Josie. He was pretty cute. Benson has dreads, and Landon was like Asian gangster. It was funny.
We had soccer this morning at 9:30, and then me and Kira and Josie went to Martin’s lacrosse game, even though him and Josie aren’t going out anymore. I got a bad sunburn too. Oh well.
I want to go swimming. K* and I went to Moxie Java and got Italian sodas with my gift card. So much stuff happened today, and it was a lot of fun. Blaze came over and Sandra and Thomas [Sawyer’s friend, his brother, and their mom] to see Sawyer off, and K* thought Blaze was cute. He sort of is, but I dunno. Now that I can drive I can do so much more stuff. A lot of cooler stuff! Woo yeah.
[*I don’t know if this is Karly (as in Jenna and Karly) or Kira from soccer – they both have the same name in reality. It seems like it would be Kira because Ana was just talking about her, but Karly lives right by Ana so it would be more likely that she was at Ana’s house.]
Two days ago me and Sawyer and Thomas went to 28 Weeks Later, but I smoked weed with them for the very first time,* and my bro made a bong type thing out of a little chocolate milk jug thing, and you just breathe the smoke in, I dunno, it was weird, but I bet I could reconstruct it. I didn’t like it though because I felt really delayed/forgetful and I remember freaking out and being scared and freaking out more because I realized how bad I was freaking out over nothing. It was crazy, but it didn’t even seem that bad. I think that everything seems so bad, but once you do it you’re just like, ok, that was stupid, why does everyone freak out about that? Unless it’s like meth or something. You just can’t do it often because it’s not very healthy.

Oh and then yesterday my mom and Ava and Mary went shopping and they went downtown all day and bought me two skirts and two shirts at Urban Outfitters and Wet Seal so I was like WOOHOO. And also it was state track so I got to see Camila and I also took pics for Newspaper and it was sweet seeing her. We also got our yearbooks Friday and had a little signing fling for 5th and 6th period. So that was cool I guess. I wanted to leave but I was too lazy to go upstairs and get all my stuff. And there were administrators everywhere. But the Newspaper and Yearbook kids had to hand out yearbooks which was pretty dumb but oh well. Oh and I did my last current event – 93% woohoo. So school is closing and I’m so freaking excited! I’m going to have the best summer ever! And Sawyer leaves tomorrow night for Europe, sweet!
I don’t know if I already said this but Mateo called me about coming to his team and I was like, “OMG of course I am coming to Wood River,” but seriously. I’m going.
But yeah so many things happened this weekend! I don’t think I am going to be able to finish this diary before school gets out; we only have like 13 days left, I’m so excited!!!!!
[This chart is set for two days prior to the above entry. I set the time for 18:00 because it was in the evening sometime after school. I’m not sure what smoking weed for the first time could be symbolized by, but I think it’s a very notable moment. Ana’s 3rd house of siblings is Aries, ruled by Mars, which is located at 1° Aries, thus square Ana’s Mercury in Cap. Mercury is profection lord, so it’s interesting that the god of fire and smoke aspects it when she smokes weed for the first time, especially as it also represents siblings for her and is currently located in the house it rules.
I also think it’s interesting that the Sun is tightly conjunct Ana’s Mars and thus trine/sextile the core axis of her chart. Another Mars emphasis. There’s a Moon-Mercury conjunction at 13° Gemini (so the profection lord is in its own sign, which is the sign of the profection year), trine Ana’s Venus-AC in Aquarius and widely sextile Saturn in Leo. Thus Moon-Mercury is also widely conjunct her IC, and also trining transiting Chiron and sextiling Ana’s Jupiter. Venus in Cancer opposes her Moon-Uranus. Jupiter retrograde in Sag sextiles her AC by degree.
What about the transits speak to smoking weed for the first time ever with her brother? Isn’t weed ruled by Saturn? Saturn on the DC? That’s a longer-term transit though. But Saturn is being activated by the Moon-Mercury, and also Jupiter retrograde trines it. And the Sun activates Ana’s natal Mars-Saturn trine…Shouldn’t Mars or Mercury be doing something more intense, as Mars rules siblings and Mercury rules Ana this year? I dunno, what do you think?]
